The metallic iron is selected by air separator or magnetic separator and used as raw material for the production of Vanadium pentoxide. Vanadium exists in the spinel phase in vanadium slag. V2O3 should be oxidized to V2O5 by oxidation method, and then combined with Na2O to form water-soluble sodium vanadate. Use soda ash and Glauber's salt.
